Its name comes from the purple color created by anthocyanins, an antioxidant found in a number of fruits and vegetables. A delicious cup of tea rich in antioxidants.

Preparation | 1 tsp per cup - 100°C for 5-7 minutes, cover to steep. Best consumed without milk. Add a squeeze of lemon for taste.
